Appreciated the same-day service when we discovered water in our basement, the result of a mainline back up. Plumber Bryan contacted me to say he could arrive even earlier in the day than originally scheduled, which was a welcome update. He thoroughly explained what he'd be doing and kept me informed throughout the service, patiently answering questions and providing recommendations and various options on next steps, with no sales pressure. Dr Drain is amazing! Started with a smoke test to look for any and all issues. Two issues came up and they were able to fix quickly and same day. In addition to the repairs, Jorden suggested several areas for proactive repairs, very good judge of need to do now vs. plan out and budget for.

I actually can''t fully believe Dr. Drains service. I was told that I would need major and costly repairs, then this lovley man appeared and asked a few questions. The next thing that happend was he said to flush the toilet, I was anxious......it had not worked in two weeks. I am thrilled, everything works. I know the word thrilled sounds a bit over the top, but I am to have surgery in a few days and the situation was pretty scary, to not have working plumbing. I could go on....but I think you got the idea..

Five stars doesn't adequately reflect the tremendous job Jordan and his crew did on my project. I had a good sized addition project for my home that required a new tie-in to the main sewer as well as underground water and gas lines. Jordan developed a plan to directionally bore under my existing garage to run a new sewer line, and directionally drill to run the required water and gas lines. Jordan and his crew were fantastic to work with! It was such a comfort knowing that I had the right company for this project. Everything was completed above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Jordan and Dr.Drain without hesitation.

We recently had a water heater leak and called the installers from 6 years prior, Dr. Drain. To make a long story short, the leak was not caused by a failed water heater, but a failed pressure reducer. Brett from Dr. Drain, in consultation with Jordan the owner, diagnosed the issue over the course of a few days and eventually replaced the pressure reducer. This saved us from a potentially much more disasterous home repair. Brett was an excellent communicator as he worked through the differential diagnosis and competent technician. I highly recommend this small business.

I can't speak more highly of my experience with Jordan at Dr. Drain. My boiler quit working so we were without heat and hot water for several days with a cold snap coming. My boiler is 17 years old. The first two companies I had come out and take a look told me that it would be pricey to repair bc the parts are hard to find given this boiler is no longer being made, and because of it's age, they strongly recommended I invest in a brand new boiler system. The cost of doing so is incredibly high so I thought I'd get one more opinion. I had a friend tell me about Jordan and Dr. Drain as he had replaced her whole system 3-4 years ago and she spoke highly of Jordan. Not wanting to pay another weekend trip charge, I called Dr drain and left a message on Sunday saying I hoped someone could contact me on Monday and come to my house asap. Jordan actually called me back on Sunday to get a little information about the situation and my boiler and he said he'd come out on Monday. He did and incredibly, he said he thought the boiler was not only fixable, but that he thought with the proper replacement parts and maintenance it could last another 5-10 years! Now granted, that of course remains to be seen, but the immense relief I felt about a less than $1000 total repair bill to spending over $20k on a new system is almost immeasurable. Jordan was personable (he likes dogs so that's always a plus), direct, efficient and genuine. I am so very thankful for this experience and I will be using Dr. Drain for all of my future plumping etc. Issues going forward. Thank you Jordan.

Jordan and his crew with Dr. Drain, just finished a large sewer job at out home in Boulder. Excavation and replacement of our driveway, pipe bursting a new HDPE pipe through our deteriorating clay sewer line to the house, replacement of a bellied section of the sewer line and lining of the balance of the line to the main made for event filled days. Everyone was kind, patient of all of our questions, and VERY communicative of when and how the job would get done. Jordan timed the job so we would not be left without access to water and sewer at the end of each day. Jordan's job quote was succinct and itemized and his pricing was very competitive. All work came with warranties. Jordan is a man of integrity; he bid the job fairly, completed the job in a timely and proficient manner and was kind and personable throughout it ALL. Our sewer line to the street was almost completely blocked. I called the office number in the morning, scheduled an appointment for the afternoon, and they showed up exactly on time. Their system consistently texts and emails you to keep you up-to-date on what is happening. Brett, our technician, was super friendly and did a great job. I hired Dr Drain to clear a slow draining shower in an out-of-state rental property we own in Boulder, where the tenant scheduled several days out, then was stuck in a meeting and so cancelled at the last minute, and was finding it very difficult to reschedule due to her intensely packed work & university schedule. Brett, our Dr Drain tech kept in contact with me throughout and really demonstrated the utmost professionalism and chill attitude about the whole thing. His attitude was basically, 'we will keep trying until we make it happen,' which I did not expect but very sincerely appreciated. We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend evening. Dr. Drain called us back within a few minutes and came out that night. They fixed the emergency and identified problematic piping in our older house that was the cause. They arranged to replace that 2 days later to ensure the same problem will not re-occur in the future. Very reasonably priced. We have used Dr. Drain twice in the past, and they similarly delivered prompt and high-quality results on those occasions. They are always tidy, considerate, very respectful, and nice to the pets. First off, they answer the phone! Second, they understand the word "emergency" to which a tech came out the same day to clean the drain to get the sewer line serviceable again. Another company had been working on it for over a week and it still was not fixed. I took a chance and called Dr Drain after 5 pm one evening and Jordan answered the phone. He spoke with me for about 20 minutes and promised to come out the next afternoon. The next day he called and asked to come earlier then scheduled ( who does that!), he came out diagnosed the problem and over the next couple of days we had a crew onsite making a big but much needed repair. They were efficient and did a great job, they worked carefully and cleaned up beautifully. Jordan came out during the day to check on the work and then called that evening to make sure everything was ok. We had another different plumbing issue a couple of weeks ago and I called again and once more got Jordan. A technician came the next day and fixed it quickly, once again Jordan called later in the evening to check to see if all was ok. We are really thankful for the wonderful service and to have found a company that really cares about their work, Jordan is the best! Thank you.

I called this company for a second opinion. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining so the first company recommended that we dig open the floor in our basement to fix the drain line. They tried to scope it and couldn't see what the issue was and that was their diagnosis and proposed fix. So I called these wonderful guys up for a second opinion and they told me they had a few more tricks up their sleeve we could try. Duncan came out and basically pressure washed our kitchen drain line and POOF! it was fixed! He also scoped the line to make sure the pipe wasn't damaged and everything was great! He basically saved us about $3000 and a destroyed basement bathroom. Duncan was also very kind and patient in answering any questions and letting me know exactly what was going on. Dr. Drain is HIGHLY recommended and I would definitely use them again!

Zach showed up right at the beginning of our time window, he was very professional and helpful. He fixed my problem, was quick and polite, and did a great job. The plumbing was a bit worse off than we thought and he didn't have all of the parts that he needed with him so one of his coworkers came up to bring the parts. I have not actually "employed" Dr. Drain yet, but will certainly do so for any future plumbing needs. Today I called to ask about them replacing a backyard faucet, and spoke with Jordan. After I described the problem (and texted him a photo), he correctly diagnosed the repair, said I could likely do it myself, and talked me through it. I got stuck and called him back (and texted him another photo) -- he once again helped me. Following his directions, I was able to finally fix the problem, at zero labor cost (just buying the needed part at Home Depot). I call this Outstanding Customer Service. Thanks Jordan -- you're our plumber from now on.

I haven't actually met Jordan with Dr. Drain but in my mind he is incredibly handsome and rides in on a beautiful white horse and saves the day. After having another plumbing co come and 'resolve' a back up sewer problem in my small private school, we had the same problem arise but worse on Friday afternoon. I called numerous companies all saying they provided 24 hr emergency service . . . which they do not really want to do and avoid at all costs. Not Dr. Drain. Jordan responded immediately with helpful information, explained clearly what was going on and was needed .. . and he FOLLOWED through with the level of professionalism needed. He's now my BFF whether he wants to be or not.

Jordan (owner) was responsive, professional and on two occasions scheduled us quickly. Duncan (who came to do the work) was knowledgable, professional, very kind & did great work. Payment was ridiculously easy through paypal (like 2 clicks & done easy). Highly recommend these guys!
